Everett Stone CPA, PFS
Ev has 38 years of experience in public accounting and investment advisory firms, assisting his clients in developing integrated solutions for their financial planning needs. He brings a unique blend of tax and financial planning expertise and investment advisory experience to help clients properly plan in order to reach their financial goals.
After graduation from U-W Eau Claire in 1979, Ev began his career in the Milwaukee office tax department of an international accounting firm. He left four years later to join a large southeastern Wisconsin accounting firm in 1983 and became a Shareholder, serving as head of the tax department for 10 years. In 1998, he started a financial planning and investment advisory practice affiliated with the accounting firm. Ev served as the President and Chief Compliance Officer for 13 years, prior to the sale of the practice in 2011 to Stone-Hecht Wealth Management, Inc.
Carol Hecht, CPA, PFS, CFP
Carol has worked with a large southeastern Wisconsin Accounting Firm since 1992 providing integrated tax and investment advisory services to her clients. Specializing in financial planning, she primarily works with high net worth individuals and business owners and focuses on finding and implementing innovative solutions to minimize tax liability and maximize wealth.
Carol is also an expert in the areas of individual retirement and income distribution planning, portfolio management, and investment advisory, which enables her to create optimal financial plans for individual clients. This includes helping clients set goals and objectives both short term and long term and then designing an investment strategy to help meet those goals and objectives.
For Carol, an important part of the planning process is educating her clients. She believes that the more a client understands the more comfortable they become with the process. “There is much more to financial planning than just accumulating money. It’s about achieving your goals in life.”
Customer service is Carol’s top priority. “I treat each client as if they are my most important client. I am committed to providing the highest quality service at all times, to all of my clients.”
